AJ Dulik

AJ is a Principal at Vesterra GrowthOps (“GrowthOps”), a consulting firm focused on partnering with Vesterra Capital Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities.

Prior to joining GrowthOps, AJ was a Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Western Union, where he partnered with the CEO and executive team to identify and execute value creation opportunities across the business. Before that, he was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he led cross-functional teams advising clients on operational performance improvement and large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, operationally intensive environments. Earlier in his career, AJ held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and DaVita and served as a helicopter aircraft commander in the United States Marine Corps, including deployments abroad in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

AJ received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Systems Engineering, with distinction, from the United States Naval Academy.
