Andrew Shear

Andrew is a Principal and responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Prior to joining Vesterra Capital Partners, Andrew was a Principal at Atlantic Street Capital, where he worked on all aspects of the investment process with a particular focus on deal origination, due diligence, acquisition financing and execution. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Jefferies, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, equity offerings and restructuring transactions across the healthcare sector.

Andrew received a B.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude.
