Jessica Sharer

Executive Assistant

Jessica is an Executive Assistant, and is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to Vesterra Capital Partners' Managing Partner and investment team members. She plays a key role in driving efficiency, coordinating priorities, and supporting firmwide initiatives.

Prior to joining Vesterra, Jessica was a Human Resources specialist at Walgreens, where she supported employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. She also partnered with leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and enhance overall employee experience. Before that, she was a Customer Service Manager at Publix, where she led front-end operations, managed and developed team members, and ensured a high standard of customer service.

Jessica received an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
