Kyle Galarneau

Kyle is a Vice President at Vesterra GrowthOps ("GrowthOps"), a consulting firm focused on partnering with Vesterra Capital Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. He works closely with management teams across Vesterra's portfolio companies to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, and accelerate growth.

Prior to joining GrowthOps, Kyle served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Horizon Services, a residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services platform, where he partnered with executive leadership to drive commercial and operational improvement initiatives. Before that, he was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised leading companies on strategy, operational excellence, and transformation programs across a range of industries. Earlier in his career, Kyle served as a Fleet Naval Flight Officer and Program Manager in the United States Navy, leading teams and complex programs in support of mission-critical operations.

Kyle received an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
