Marshall Griffin

Marshall joined Vesterra Capital Partners in 2007. As a Partner, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring private equity investments. Marshall also serves as a member of Vesterra's Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Vesterra, Marshall held Senior Associate and Associate positions at Crossbow Ventures and TD Capital, where he focused on investment analysis and execution as well as on portfolio company development for both investment firms. Before that, he was an Analyst at TD Securities in the Structured Finance and Credit Asset Management groups.

Marshall received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
