Michael Jacobs

Michael is the Controller and is responsible for overseeing the firm's fund accounting function. Michael also serves as a member of Vesterra Capital Partners' Valuation Committee.

Prior to joining Vesterra, Michael was a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton, where he led and managed audit teams of private clients in the financial services and specialty financing industries with a focus on private equity groups.

Michael received a Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
