Nick Noglows

Nick is a Vice President and responsible for evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Prior to rejoining Vesterra Capital Partners, where he was an Associate with Comvest Private Equity before attending business school, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, where he executed middle-market M&A transactions across a variety of industries.

Nick received an M.B.A., with honors, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
