Peter Deegan

Peter is a Principal at Vesterra GrowthOps ("GrowthOps"), a consulting firm focused on partnering with Vesterra Capital Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. Peter focuses on leading Talent Management across Vesterra's portfolio of companies.

Prior to joining GrowthOps, Peter was a Partner at The Lancer Group, a boutique executive search firm, where he led C-level and Operating Partner search engagements for middle market private equity funds. Before that, he was a Vice President in the private equity practice at JM Search and a Consultant at Lancor. Prior to his career in executive search, Peter was an Associate at EdgePoint Capital Advisors, a lower middle market investment banking firm.

Peter received a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from Cleveland State University.
