Scott Boze

Scott is a Principal at Vesterra GrowthOps ("GrowthOps"), a consulting firm focused on partnering with Vesterra Capital Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities.

Scott works closely with executives at Vesterra's portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Vesterra on certain operational due diligence activities.

Prior to joining GrowthOps, Scott held several senior leadership roles in operations and transformation at private equity-backed companies. Before that, he was a Vice President at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led Strategy for Coke's North American Supply Chain and was part of the integration team during the acquisition of Coca-Cola Enterprises' North American operations. Prior to that, Scott led Boze Capital, Inc., a family-owned real estate finance business, and was a consultant at Bain & Company both before and after business school.

Scott received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
