Spencer Hong

Spencer is a Vice President at Vesterra GrowthOps ("GrowthOps"), a consulting firm focused on partnering with Vesterra Capital Partners and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. As Finance Specialist, Spencer works closely with executives at Vesterra's portfolio companies to help maximize financial performance through effective onboarding, leading key Office of the CFO projects, and introducing best practices in financial planning and management.

Prior to joining GrowthOps, Spencer was a Managing Director at Palm Tree, a private equity consulting firm and investment bank, where he partnered with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with a focus on Office of the CFO initiatives and led the firm's Strategic Finance and Data & Analytics disciplines. Before that, he was a Manager at TravisMathew, where he led Financial Planning & Analysis and Sales Analytics and supported the firm's sale to Top Golf Callaway Brands. Prior to that, Spencer held various finance roles at Raytheon and Northrop Grumman.

Spencer received an M.B.A., as well as a B.S. in Business Administration, from the Argyros College of Business and Economics at Chapman University.
